Programs & Services
MCASS currently offers a variety of programs and services inclusively for all Muslim children, youth, and families. Our programs and services are also available non-Muslim children, youth, and families.
We currently offer our two signature programs: Lives Rewritten and Scarborough Simbas. We continually make new programs available to our children, youth, families, and community. These may be MCASS programs or programs working together with outstanding partners.

AT-RISK CHILDREN & YOUTH
We serve children and youth and their families who may be considered at risk or involved with the justice system and provide access to resources and services.
We educate families about child welfare/protection (Children’s Aid Societies) and walk side by side with them when the Society is involved, and provide support to advocate for them in interactions with the Society.
We regularly offer workshops on topics of interest and importance in collaboration with community leaders or partner organizations. Our workshops are open to the public and free of charge.
We engage with community leaders and members to provide information about fostering and foster care in collaboration with Children’s Aid Societies and serve as a liaison for those who wish to become foster parents.
INFORMATION & REFERRAL
We serve as intermediaries or system navigators to liaise with organizations across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond to match children, youth, and families with programs and services that they are looking for.
PLACEMENT STUDENT OPPORTUNITIES
