Ousman Darboe

My name is Ousman Darboe, and I am a devoted development practitioner and educator from The Gambia. I graduated from the University of The Gambia with a degree in Development Studies, a field that focuses on empowering people to overcome poverty through their own creativity and resourcefulness. For the past seven years, I have worked as a teacher, dedicating myself to shaping young minds and fostering a passion for learning.

Volunteering in community development projects has been a significant part of my life. I am deeply committed to giving back to my community, a mission that holds profound spiritual significance for me as a Muslim.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, conducting research, and watching documentaries. These activities not only expand my knowledge but also fuel my passion for continuous learning and personal development. My ultimate goal in life is to contribute positively to my community, finding joy and fulfillment in the spiritual rewards that come from helping others.
