Coach Mo is an enthusiastic and compassionate individual that strives to make a positive difference in the community. Her passion for football and desire to work with and support refugee and newcomer children and youth has really translated into the growth and development of the Simbas Program. In 2023, Mohazzama founded the EmpowerHER Simbas Program, an only girls grassroots program that focuses both on football and life skills development. Through the Scarborough Simbas program, she wishes to inspire youth to stay connected with their community through sport and act as a role model for all of the kids in the program.
