MCASS Mental Health Resource Hub

Mental Health Resource Hub

In dedication to supporting the mental health of individuals and their families, we have developed a growing collection of resources for the community to use.

This page is dedicated to student-curated mental health resources in collaboration with MCASS, designed to be accessible, informative, and rooted in both cultural understanding and faith.

MCASS is dedicated to providing trauma-informed and Islamically aware approaches. We hope that these resources can normalize mental health topics, reduce stigma, and offer practical tools that reflect the values and lived experiences of Muslim families

Please note, however, these materials are not a substitute for professional mental health services, rather a starting point to support families, parents, and young people learn about emotional well-being, beginning conversations at home or in the community, and better understanding what supports are available.

Whether you’re looking for guidance on talking to children about anxiety, understanding grief through a spiritual lens, or simply learning what kinds of professional help exist, these student-developed resources are here to support your journey toward healing and connection.
