If you’re looking for a fun and free community event, join us for Picnic and Paint in the park on Friday, July 21 at 4pm. Led by Muslim Nature Adventure, this opportunity will allow ladies to socialize with one another, demonstrate their creative talents, and enjoy a beautiful afternoon outdoors. There will be activities for the children and refreshments will be served.

Description – Sponsored by Canadian Tire Jumpstart, our Simbas soccer program is back for the FOURTH summer. The program provides an unrivaled opportunity for children aged 5 – 15 who face intersectional barriers to participation in sport, many of whom are refugees/newcomers to Canada, with the opportunity to get out on the pitch to build physical literacy, learn soccer skills with engaging exercises, drills, and scrimmages, enhance life skills, make new friends, and have fun.

Description: Clear your schedules because our Simbas will be hosting their first ever Charity Soccer Tournament on Saturday, August 5th. The tournament will feature 8 Men’s Teams and 4 Women’s Teams, all 7V7 for ages 16+. There will be individual and team awards and prizes to be won. 
 
Come out for a fun day and to cheer on your favourite teams!

Real Voice is a documentary produced by youth in and from care in Japan. Join them for their international premiere on September 26 at 7pm online or in person at the Laidlaw Foundation in Toronto.
