Photographer & Videographer

Babour Zainullah

Babour Zainullah is an independent, short-story filmmaker based in Toronto. From his early years, he has been passionate about making mysteries and psychological thrillers which are usually atmospherically dark. Babour also finds joy in creating stories that provoke curiosity and generate different thoughts and ideas.

During the last few years, Babour has mostly been working on big TV show sets for IATSE 873 to learn more about filmmaking from another perspective. Looking at how professionals work in their field has helped Babour a lot to develop his own craft. Last summer, he co-produced a feature film called Altar Boy which is currently in post-production. At the present time, he is producing another short film while at the same time writing and discovering more about the art of film.

Babour has grown up playing soccer so he is very excited to join the Scarborough Simbas team as photographer and videographer. He is eager to engage with the kids as they share their stories and to capture the magic of their camp experiences.
