Ledya Elyas is a third year Social Work student at Ryerson University.

I am completing my third year co-op placement with Muslim Children’s Aid & Support Services. This is my first co-op experience.

I am working on creating a trauma-informed program for future volunteers with one other co-op student. This experience with MCASS has been a positive one and i am not only looking forward to what I accomplish but I am also excited about gaining a great amount of experience with such an amazing organization!
